What forms of payment for you accept?

Currently, we accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa,Mastercard, American Express, Discover) PayPal and Cayan..

What is a custom package?

Our custom package option allows you to pick features from our services and build your own custom package.

Why do you offer custom packaging?

We realize not everyone will need all the services we offer so we allow you to focus on what you need done the most.

Do you really work with ALL budgets?

Yes, no matter if your budget is big or small. All you have to do is fill out the free quote form with your details or build a custom package.

What is the web development payment process?

For our web development services, we have you fill out a questionnaire to get as many details about your project as possible. Once an agreement is made on what needs to be done we send you a proposal and an estimate. If you then decide to choose to work with us for your project we take 15% down payment to begin the project.

Once we are complete and you agree that you are happy with our work we take a 60% payment. Once everything is transferred over in your name such as domain, hosting services, etc. We take the last 25% payment.

You will be able to view your project in real time with our client portal as well live chat, video chat, and send any files & documents necessary for your project.

How do you determine your prices?

Our prices are based on the work that needs to be done, the time it takes for an effective campaign, and the current cost of advertising. We try to keep our prices as low as possible without sacrificing any quality in our services.

Why do some services require an initial investment?

Some of our services require an initial investment based on the cost of ad placement, mobile ads, radio ads, social media contest, etc.  If your competitors have a $5,000 marketing and advertising budget and you spend $200 to implement the essentials your campaign will not be as effective.

Client Responsibility

It is the Clients responsibility to provide ALL logins, files, content and any other information agreed upon to be provided by the client  that we are not creating to start the project UPFRONT.

I am having trouble with my account. What do I do?

What if I need additional services that are not listed on the website?

Just because a service is not on our site does not mean we don’t offer it. You can live chat with one of our agents or send us an email for the services you are looking for. If we do not offer it we will put you in touch with a great company who do

How do I cancel my account?

Oh No! We would hate to see you go, but if you want to cancel your account for any reason. All you need to do is go into your account settings and hit the cancel button at the bottom.

Do you accept Western Union, money orders, wire transfers, checks, etc?

We do not accept or send WesternUnion, Checks, Wire transfers, Money orders, etc. from clients or on the behalf of clients. We only take payments through our trusted payment merchants. We do this to protect ourselves and our clients. All our payments get verified through our merchants to make sure funds are available and not risking the information of our clients getting into the hands of thieves. Your privacy and protection is our biggest concern and we make sure you do not have to worry when trusting us with your information.
